• Perform routine maintenance and repairs across multiple residential and commercial properties.
• Address work orders promptly, ensuring tenant satisfaction.
• Inspect and troubleshoot building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
• Replace fixtures, repair drywall, caulk, and paint as needed to maintain property appearance.
• Conduct preventative maintenance tasks, such as HVAC filter replacements and equipment servicing.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance needs.
• Maintain compliance with company standards and safety regulations.
• Document completed maintenance tasks and report issues requiring further attention.
• Support emergency maintenance calls as needed.

• Prior experience in residential property maintenance or a similar field (preferred but not required).
• Familiarity with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, concrete repairs, and general carpentry.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs independently.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
• Basic computer literacy to log maintenance tasks and updates.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel between properties, a work truck or van is highly preferred.
• Need to have most of the tools needed for the position.
• A valid driver's license, current registration, and insurance.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
