About the Job
As a Maintenance Technician at Saratoga Retirement Community, you’ll provide routine and spontaneous building maintenance services for our 200+ residents and other departments to make sure operations run smoothly. Wages: $26.25 - $30.30

We’re a 365/24/7 business – so we’re looking for someone to independently work on ongoing projects, perform general inspections, help turn over residences, monitor building systems and handle resident requests even if they arise after normal business hours
Minimum of 1 year's experience in carpentry, general building repair, or a related field.
Certified pool operators (CPO) license or certification preferred.
CPR/AED and First Aid certification upon hire or w/in 90 days of hire.
Ability to use ladders and basic hand tools.
Skills in the operation, repair, and maintenance of shop equipment and tools.
Ability to read and understand labels.
Good oral and written communications skills.
Knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
