The Maintenance Technician responsibilities are but not limited to:

Responsibilities:

Will be working between multiple campuses.
Be on call 24/7 for emergencies.

Experience and Skills:

Minimum of 3 years experience in maintenance.
Must be customer service oriented with compassion for the elderly.
Senior living/assisted living experience a plus.
Must have HVAC, plumbing, and electrical experience.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Flexible work schedule.
Self-starter, energetic.
Ability to troubleshoot.
