Maintenance Technician - Qualified Staffing

Qualified Staffing is seeking skilled General Maintenance Technicians to handle repairs, troubleshooting, and upkeep of facilities and systems. Full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.
These are full-time opportunities, Monday-Friday 8AM-5PMPay will vary DOE!
Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance tasks in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting.
• Inspect and address facility maintenance needs.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment and systems.
• Respond to maintenance requests and maintain activity records.
• Ensure safety compliance and assist with equipment installations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
• Experience in maintenance or facilities management.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Problem-solving skills and physical ability to perform tasks.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
