Maintenance Technician - Anderson Asset Property Group

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various equipment and systems
- Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track work orders and document maintenance activities
- Collaborate with other team members to prioritize and complete maintenance tasks
- Respond to customer service requests and address any maintenance-related concerns
- Fabricate or modify parts as needed to support maintenance activities

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in maintenance or a related field
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Proficiency in using CMMS software for work order management
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Effective communication and customer service skills

Pay Range: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour

• Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
