Maintenance Technician and Processing Lead - AllStaff

We are in search of a 3rd shift maintenance technician and processing lead who has the style of serving the plants employees as well as able to take control when needed.

Candidate must be a good listener and act with integrity.

Candidate must have strong troubleshooting and processing skills and a strong background in electrical, mechanical, and technical background.

Duties:

· Support process efficiency through completing the following:

· Ensure vacuums and extruders are running

· Ovens, inline, chiller, cooling tower is working properly

· Any repairs or issues with lighting, heaters on extruders, cords, cooling fans are addressed

· Conduits are repaired and installed as needed

· Troubleshooting A/C issues, repairing if possible

· Checking oven amp readings and fuses on inline during mold changes

· Ensure the integrity of products by incorporating and complying with applicable standards and specifications and ensuring machinery is operating efficiently, effectively and safely

· Foster interdepartmental communication and collaborations through open dialogue and addressing electrical and mechanical issues and repairs as requested

· Other duties and assignments as required

Hours: 8:30 PM to 7:00 AM Monday - Thursday, Saturdays as needed

Pay range: $30-$35

Requirements:

• 5- 8 Years Industrial Maintenance Experience.
• Experience with PLC and motor controls preferred.
• Ability to read schematics
