As a Permanent Maintenance Technician in our dynamic manufacturing environment, you will play a key role in maintaining the integrity of our production process. This position offers an excellent opportunity to apply your technical skills in a hands-on, fast-paced setting. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining machinery and mechanical equipment such as motors, conveyor systems, production machines, and other equipment. This is a full-time, permanent position and requires a minimum of 3+ years of experience.

Responsibilities:
1. Perform regular and preventative maintenance on installed equipment and systems (conveyors, programmable controllers, converters, and other manufacturing machinery).
2. Diagnose and repair malfunctioning production and plant equipment.
3. Perform equipment adjustments and repairs, preventative maintenance and emergency breakdowns.
4. Monitor and control equipment using PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers) and HMI (Human Machine Interface), preferably Siemens.
5. Perform electrical troubleshooting and repairs.
6. Participate in safety and continuous improvement initiatives.
7. Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
8. Work closely with production and engineering to ensure the efficient operation of process equipment.
9. Document and maintain all equipment modifications, repairs, and maintenance performed.
10. Participate in the development and implementation of new processes and technology.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
2. Minimum of 2 years of PLC and HMI experience, Siemens preferred.
3. Strong electrical maintenance skills.
4. Experience in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electro-mechanical, and/or electronic equipment.
5. Knowledge of safety procedures and protocols.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
7. Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders.
8. Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
9. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
10. High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in a technical field preferred.
