We currently have an open Maintenance Technician position at the following Management Support community:

Las Colinas at Black Canyon

Compensation is based on experience and our anticipation of your performance. Pay rate is now in the range of $19 to $21 per hour. We are particularly looking for applicants who are confident that their maintenance skills and personality will yield high productivity. Use your skills more profitably. Applicants with REIT and large company maintenance experience are welcome. This full-time position is 40 hours per week, alternating on weekend coverage. Job responsibilities include:
Understand and follow written policy
Working under direction of maintenance foreman and apartment manager
Preventive and routine maintenance
Timely completion of detailed maintenance reports
Emergency Responses

Qualifications:
More than one (1) year experience in building/apartment maintenance
HVAC certification preferred
Basic electrical, plumbing, appliance and building/apartment maintenance and repair
Lift and carry 30 lb up stairs
Rotating schedule for on-call emergency response
Current driver's license, with verifiable auto insurance.
Bilingual (any language) a plus
