We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced, state-of-the-art manufacturing environment where you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and longevity of our machinery. This role is integral to our operations, directly contributing to the production of high-quality products.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine and preventative maintenance on all production and operating equipment, ensuring it is in optimal working condition.
Diagnose and repair malfunctions in machinery and equipment, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to identify potential issues and fix them before they escalate.
Collaborate with the production team to understand their needs and ensure machinery and equipment are functioning to meet those needs.
Adhere to all safety procedures and protocols, contributing to a safe and healthy work environment.
Keep detailed records of maintenance work performed, including any parts or components used.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting changes to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
Assist in training other team members on proper maintenance procedures and practices.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance role within a manufacturing environment.
Proven expertise in maintaining and repairing hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and repair mechanical issues quickly and effectively.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work well with others to achieve common goals.
Commitment to safety, with knowledge of safe work practices and procedures.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
Familiarity with manufacturing equipment and processes.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Physical stamina and strength, with the ability to lift heavy equipment and work on your feet for extended periods.
High school diploma or equivalent required; trade certification or associate degree in a related field preferred.
Flexibility to work different shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
