- We're looking for an experienced technician for our 7pm-7am shift. 12-hour shifts with 3-day weekends every other weekend!
We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician with experience in maintenance and repair to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all machinery and equipment is operating at maximum efficiency and minimizing downtime.
Key Responsibilities
- Performing routine maintenance on machinery and equipment.
- Identifying and troubleshooting equipment issues and making necessary repairs.
- Performing precision measurement tests to ensure accuracy of machinery and equipment.
- Performing welding and machining tasks as needed.
- Maintaining and repairing electrical systems, plumbing, hoists, cranes, and cutting torches.
- Inspecting machinery and equipment to identify any potential issues and scheduling repairs as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance and repair.
- Knowledge of welding, machining, equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with precision measurement and welding equipment.
- Experience working with electrical systems, plumbing, machinery, hoists, cranes, cutting torches, drives, motors, belts, and other related equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
- Experience with PLC and HMI is a plus.
- Experience with steel, aluminum, and other metals.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
