Maintenance Technician - Rico Manufacturing

Rico Manufacturing has a full-time position in our Maintnence role. We are seeking a hard-working team player capable of quickly learning new procedures, technologies and machinery.

Job Essentials:

1) Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs. and should be in overall good physical health.

2) Ability to problem solve and possess good time management skills.

3) Knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, and plumbing systems.

4) Ability to respond to equipment down in a timely manner and able to prioritize workload.

5) Ability to communicate issues or problems to management while also being able to work with other staff members or contractors

6) Ability to organize calendars and appointments in relation to regular required maintenance.

7) Ability to multitask a variety of appointments and requests at one time.

8) Ability to work in all areas of the building and perform different functions to keep the building in good standing (troubleshoot electric, plumbing, HVAC, Grounds maintenance)

9) Needs to be reliable with perfect attendance.

10) Needs to be able to be on call and be able to adjust work hours if needed.

11) Needs to have a safety mindset and be able to help with inspections and training on the forklift.
