Maintenance Technician from Kane Partners LLC

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician experienced with maintenance and repair of fixtures and equipment to ensure the safe operation of systems throughout the facility.

· Awareness of PLCs, low and high electrical voltage, and 24 VDC – 480 VAC

· Install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, apparatus and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools

· Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components using test equipment and hand tools to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem

· Follow SOP’s to maintain a safe working environment

· Perform needed maintenance on equipment and direct support of production operating needs

· Troubleshoot issues, repair failures of production and facilities equipment

· Evaluate equipment operation and suggest necessary action when malfunctions occur, or improvements are needed

· Ability to repair/rebuild industrial machinery such as motors, compressors, pumps, gear boxes, hydraulics

· Ability to read and interpret industrial documents and electrical drawings
