Fast paced commercial real estate company is looking for a maintenance technician to join our maintenance staff.
SUMMARY:
- The job includes a great variety of maintenance tasks such as preventative maintenance and repairs on plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems; drywall and painting; landscaping etc.
- Deploying from the office in company vehicle
- 8-hour shift, M-F with on call responsibilities 1 week a month
WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a commercial maintenance technician
- General understanding of electrical and plumbing systems
- Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
- Worming knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
NICE TO HAVES:
- Any universal licenses would be beneficial: HVAC, refrigeration, etc.
