Established Property Management company is currently looking to IMMEDIATELY hire a Maintenance Technician for our properties in the Lawton area. This is a full-time position for those who prefer stability in their life and want to work for a company that has been around for years and is still growing. We are looking to hire someone immediately.
Qualifications/Duties:
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
- Must have at least 1 year experience in maintenance for apartment complexes
- Capacity to multi-task on several assignments while rendering all jobs to completion

- Perform regular check on exterior parts of buildings and general areas, carrying out repairs and offering janitorial help as required
- Renovate apartments before and after they are occupied
- Give responses to resident service inquiries and interests promptly
- Carry out all on-call emergencies as necessary
- Render assistance to the community manager on specific maintenance projects
