Maintenance Electronics Technician Compensation/Benefits:
- Shift: Third Shift (10:55 p.m. - 6:55 a.m.)
- Pay Rate: $26.17/hr or higher, based on experience and certifications.
- New employees do not work overtime in the first 60 days. After 60 days, overtime is likely both during the week and weekends.
- Shift premium, paid training, and a $1,000 sign-on bonus.
Maintenance Technician Duties and Responsibilities:
- Primary tasks include installation and maintenance/repair of machinery and equipment, along with building maintenance.
- Approximately 85% of work is completed on the floor, with about 15% completed in the shop.
- Technicians are required to review blueprints/schematic drawings.
- Tasks and duties vary daily/weekly.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform corrective, predictive, and preventive maintenance on production equipment, machinery, and facility utilities.
- Work with others in training and problem-solving.
- Follow current production, quality, safety, and housekeeping standards.
- Operate hand and power tools, industrial lift trucks, and common measuring tools.
- Ability to work independently with proper instruction.
- Communicate and document information effectively.
- Participate in new training, tools, and educational opportunities.
- Enroll in advanced technology maintenance classes, both on and off-site.
- Report any food safety issues/concerns.
Maintenance Technician Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Successful completion of a maintenance assessment test conducted by Fox Valley Technical College.
- Willingness to participate in advanced technology maintenance classes.
- Must be able to lift 50-75 lbs occasionally and perform physical tasks like bending, stooping, kneeling, and working overhead.
- Willing to work rotating shifts and overtime as necessary.
