About the Job
Role
As a Maintenance Technician (also known as Equipment Maintenance Specialist, Maintenance Mechanic), you'll inspect, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment, particularly Computer Numeric Control (CNC) Machines. You'll ensure all Safety Standards and processes are consistent with established goals for quality, safety, and on-time delivery. You'll also perform structural work to modify facilities or equipment and follow manufacturer instructions to maintain quality and safety standards.

- 5+ years’ experience in mechanical/electrical CNC machine repair; Haas, or Okuma CNC Repair background a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and schematics.
- Excellent technical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in PLC Troubleshooting Skills, Creating Preventive Maintenance Plans, Electrical Troubleshooting Skills, Mechanical Troubleshooting Skills, and Experience in a Manufacturing Environment.
- Ability to use and understand basic computer skills.
