Shift and Compensation
- 1st Shift M-F 7:00am-3:30pm
- Pay based on experience
Job Duties:
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility equipment and tools.
• Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
• Implement, maintain & repair production equipment and tooling.
• Respond to work order request and PMs in a timely manner.
• Take part in projects that may include fabrication and implementation of equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.

Requirements:
• This is a 1st shift position, but on occasion overtime may be required during 2nd shift and Saturdays to minimize production interruptions. (minimal OT)
• Able to work with minimum supervision and support.
• Able to complete tasks in a timely manner.
• Read and understand blueprints.
• Utilize basic metal working and welding equipment to support facility and equipment
needs.
• Read and troubleshoot electrical schematics/systems (480/230/208 VAC 3-Phase,
240/208/120 VAC Single Phase, 12/24 VDC and 24VAC controls)
• Read and understand PLC software and controls.
• Read and troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic schematics/systems.
• Installation of new machinery & equipment
• Able to work at heights up to 30 feet.
• Able to work outside in adverse weather.
• Work with other departments to implement improvements.
• Follow all safety requirements while performing job duties.
• Use PM/TPM methods to minimize equipment and production down time.
• Complete required paperwork associated with the job responsibilities.
Qualifications / Experience / Knowledge:
• Must have a minimum of 3-5 years working in an industrial maintenance role.
• Must have working knowledge electrical systems (480/230/208 VAC 3-Phase,
240/208/120 VAC Single Phase, 12/24 VDC and 24VAC controls).
• Must be able to read electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.
• Must be a self-starter and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Must being willing to be a participating team member and able to work with minimal
supervision.
• Must have experience using Lock Out Tag Out procedures.
• A technical degree in industrial maintenance or related field is preferred.
• Must have excellent attendance.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass a background check and a pre-employment drug screening.
• Able to work with minimum supervision and support.
