Details and duties for Industrial Maintenance Technician positions:

• Follow all safety practices
• Perform all tasks in accordance with company safety and GMP policies
• Troubleshoot, maintain and repair high-speed manufacturing and packaging equipment, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical/electronic equipment (programmable controls, numeral controls, power supplies, drives, gages and test equipment
• Make adjustment to equipment ensuring the proper performance
• Assist maintenance personnel with technical troubleshooting
• Advise operators and line mechanics of operation procedures
• Provide preventative maintenance care on equipment
• Maintain cleanliness of work area
• Create and maintain POKA guides relative to operations
• Other duties as needed

Requirements for Industrial Maintenance Technician position?

• Technical Degree or accredited apprenticeship program of the equivalent in a technical field
• 3 years of prior experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Computer experience/operations and PLC troubleshooting are necessary (Allen-Bradley preferably)
• Knowledge of electrical/electronic components and equipment including the use of special instruments for diagnostic purposes
• Ability to stand for duration of shift
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs
• Ability to stoop, bend, squat, twist, kneel and reach
