Responsibilities of Maintenance Manager
- Oversee a maintenance tasks and prioritize importance
- Grounds maintenance of the Kansas City metro market including mowing and lawn upkeep & snow removal
- Minor painting, changing light bulbs, and upkeep of equipment
- Implementing safety policy and procedure
- Minor HVAC, electrical, and plumbing repairs
- Communicating with outside vendors as needed
Here are our non-negotiables:
- Maintain a Monday through Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM schedule
- Must be able to lift excess of 50 pounds, squat, kneel, and bend
- You must have a valid driver's license
- Attention to detail and positive can do attitude
- Self-accountable and Integrity
