Maintenance Technician - BPM Precision

Summary

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team to play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility by performing routine maintenance and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and systems to identify potential issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and troubleshoot problems as they arise.
• Repair or replace defective equipment parts and ensure all repairs are completed efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
• Collaborate with other team members to improve maintenance processes and procedures.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in maintenance or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and on-call shifts as needed.
