As a Maintenance Technician IIII you will:
- Work safely under functional safety guidelines such as PPE and equipment interaction.
- Lift up to 35lbs.
- Correctly interpret work orders.
- Work in a team environment, i.e. follow instructions and assist others as needed.
- Perform all levels of equipment repair.
- Work with production to prioritize repairs.
- Performs advanced troubleshooting.
- Install, calibrate, trouble shoot, and program PLC for various equipment.
- Dismantle and inspect production equipment as needed.
- Interface with vendors and contractors (equipment repairs, facilities, etc.)
- Provide leadership and training to lower-level employees.
- Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
- Cleans work area, tools, and equipment. Area Cleanliness/Organization (6S)
- Performs other routine duties as assigned.
Pay Rate: $35-40/hr
The ideal candidate will have:
- The ability to read and write English.
- Advanced knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Advanced technical knowledge of controls and interfaces.
- The ability to navigate intranet to locate process documents - basic computer skills
- Typically, 10+ Years of Experience.
- GED or High school diploma preferred but not required.
- PLC programming preferred.
