Job Description
Purpose
Independently perform Senior level technical support within the maintenance department. Trains lower-level Technicians on more advanced tasks.
Responsibilities
+ Adhere to AbbVie’s code of conduct.
+ Maintain the function of department assets to ensure reliable equipment and quality standards are met.
+ Assist in root cause investigation and reliability centered maintenance analysis.
+ Capable of training others on tasks.
+ Demonstrate proficiency in multiple skilled trade disciplines and creates or edits maintenance job plans.
+ Fully proficient in their core function, performing advanced level tasks.
+ Assist cross functional teams outside of the maintenance organization.
+ Support continuous improvement projects and safety initiatives within the maintenance organization and/or the site.
+ Understand and follow all safety and GMP regulations.
+ Assist cross functional teams outside of the maintenance organization.
Qualifications
+ HS diploma with 10+ yrs. Experience or Relevant Certificate with 5+ yrs. experience or Associates technical degree with 3+ yrs. Experience, or proficient in two or more skilled maintenance functions.
+ CMRT (Certified Maintenance and Reliability Technician) or equivalent accreditation desired.
+ Knowledge and ability to use advanced tools (i.e. machine tools, diagnostic tools, predictive tools).
+ Intermediate computer skills (MS Windows).
