We are currently seeking highly motivated **Maintenance Technicians **to help support our fast-growing, mid-market organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain high-pressure boiler, plumbing, and electrical facilities.
- Perform facility repairs, including windows, doors, floors, stairways, and construct partitions, bins, racks, and pallets.
- Maintain equipment by ensuring it is properly oiled, lubricated, and in safe working order.
- Diagnose and repair production machinery, power tools, and hand tools. Replace bearings, spindles, and other components.
- Install and troubleshoot electrical wiring and fixtures according to recognized codes. Utilize electrical testing equipment to diagnose issues, including PLC systems.
- Perform welding and brazing for repairs, modifications, and equipment fabrication.
- Diagnose and repair plumbing systems including gauges, valves, and pressure regulators.
- Design and fabricate guards, bracketing, and attachments using blueprints, drawings, and measurement tools like micrometers and calipers.
- Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to address issues affecting safety, production, or equipment operation.
- Establish and maintain a preventive maintenance program for all relevant equipment.
- Coordinate with external vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective repairs.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- **3+ years of maintenance experience **in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong electrical background with the ability to diagnose and repair facility/machine electrical issues.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of diagnostic software.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
- Experience with machine tooling, fixturing, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems is preferred.
- Welding and brazing experience.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Quality Systems, and 5S is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.

Pay: $28.34 - $30.71 per hour
