About the Job
Responsibilities:
• You will diagnose diverse service issues, obtain any replacement parts, calibrate systems and explain fully to the operator what the issue is and what needs to be corrected
• Ensures compliance with all applicable federal and state laws and all company policies
• Perform routine maintenance and repair on the facility and equipment to include as directed in accordance with established procedures
• Follow all established safety procedures and precautions when performing maintenance service
• Maintain general facility in good repair, ensuring a safe, clean, and orderly environment
• Ensure maintenance supplies have been replenished in work areas as necessary
• Ensure that maintenance schedules are followed
• Maintain a proactive and well organized system to ensure assigned areas of the facility are fully functional and clean
• Assure that work areas are clean and equipment, tools, supplies, etc. are properly stored before leaving such areas on breaks or for end of workday
• Consistently strive to improve work skills with respect to core responsibilities
• Perform unscheduled maintenance tasks as directed
• Operate and repair a wide variety of maintenance equipment
• Performs other duties as assigned

• Universal EPA Certification
• HVAC Certification
• Valid Driver’s License and insurable driving record
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams
• Communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with co-workers, vendors, and others

• Willingness to learn service techniques for other restaurant equipment
• Provide own hand tools
• Must be available by phone during non-working hours
• Able to perform all physical tasks associated with the position
• Three to Five years’ experience in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting and correcting diverse HVAC
service issues.
• EPA/ CFC Refrigeration Certification Type II Min
• Basic computer and internet skills/ Smart Phone Capabilities
• The ability to lift up to 50 pounds; be able to push, pull, carry or maneuver heavier items (with additional
manpower or appropriate devices) carry ladders; work from heights, and work in small crawl spaces
• Multi-tasking and good time management skills
• Maintain accurate time records and send to payroll when required
