1st Shift
- Perform electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on machinery and equipment used in a corrugated manufacturing facility.
- Install, program, and calibrate electrical controls, including PLCs, motor drives, and HMI systems.
- Conduct preventive maintenance on electrical systems to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to identify and resolve electrical issues in a timely manner.
- Monitor and test electrical systems to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Requirements:
- Associate degree or technical certification in Electrical or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an Electrical Controls Technician in an industrial manufacturing environment, preferably in the corrugated industry.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, controls, and components, including PLCs, motor drives, and HMIs.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and blueprints.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve electrical issues efficiently.
