Job Responsibilities

As a Maintenance Technician, you will:

• Perform routine interior and exterior maintenance to uphold the facility’s appearance and safety standards.
• Conduct regular facility and grounds inspections to ensure safety compliance.
• Troubleshoot and report unusual conditions or malfunctions in heating, plumbing, electrical systems, and other infrastructure.
• Execute basic repairs, including sheetrock, flooring, and lighting.
• Collaborate with staff and residents, maintaining respectful and dignified interactions.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• Basic construction, repair, and maintenance experience.
• Previous experience in an Assisted Living Facility (a plus but not required).
• A proactive attitude and the ability to work respectfully with residents.
