- Compensation is from 70,000 USD to 90,000 USD per year
Job Duties
- · Assessing and optimizing industrial processes with a focus on PLC systems and various electrical systems.· Designing and executing process simulations, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.· Coordinating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions for process improvement.· Developing and maintaining process documentation, operating instructions, and electronic controls.· Conducting risk assessment testing to eliminate time and cost constraints in PLC systems and various electrical systems.· Incorporating operational requirements into equipment, including alarm and setpoint development.· Implementing and maintaining flow-down of system requirements to the electronic component level.· Contributing to the investigation and solution implementation of technical problems and root cause analysis.· Supporting maintenance activities for planned, scheduled, and troubleshooting jobs related to PLC systems and various electrical systems.· Performs other maintenance duties as assigned.
Background Profile
- · In-depth technical knowledge to support the installation, operation, and repair of PLC systems and various electrical systems.· Minimum of 5 years of experience with a strong focus on manufacturing processes and principles.· Experience or Training in Manufacturing/Electrical Engineering or Electrical Technology.· Proficiency in PLC programming and ladder logic, with the ability to troubleshoot electrical systems.· Proficiency in software tools such as Excel, Microsoft Suite, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).· Strong planning, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.Education and Experience:· electrical training or experience.· Formal experience or training in electrical controls, PLC operating equipment and Ladder logic.· Demonstrated experience working directly on the plant floor with process equipment and developing process controls.· Ability to work effectively in a team environment.· Proficiency in AutoCAD and Electrical Design software.
