About the Job
- 8-hour shifts.
- Monday to Friday.
- On-call for emergencies.
- Weekends as needed.
Experience:
- Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred).
- HVAC: 1 year (Preferred).
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required).
Join Our Team as a Maintenance Technician!
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance on heating and cooling units.
- Maintain grounds, parking areas, and driveways.
- Repair facility equipment, including plumbing, plastering, painting, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical tasks.
- Respond to unscheduled maintenance requests.
- Ensure work areas are clean, and tools and supplies are properly stored.
- Be on-call for emergency conditions and situations.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in HVAC (training available if not experienced).
- Ability to work comfortably around residents and other employees.
