Maintenance Technician (Full-Time) - Adamas Building Services

Adamas Building Services is looking for an exceptional HVAC Maintenance Technician with experience working in luxury residential communities. Our company is a leading expert in the Residential Services market with properties throughout New Jersey. We have openings at our Long Branch, New Jersey location.

Schedule: Tuesday - Friday 1pm-9pm & Saturday 9am-5pm

Pay Rate: Starting at $21.00/hr.

Maintenance Tech of a High rise. The maintenance tech will need to be able to complete tasks in a timely manner for all day-to-day operations in the building. The tech must be able to move dumpsters unassisted and clean trash rooms and common areas. The tech will also assist the building's superintendent with any task given.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Perform manual repairs when necessary.
• Perform maintenance of electrical systems.
• Conduct general upkeep procedures.
• and other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• At least 5 years experience in light plumbing
• Experience in Fixing Locks, replacing windows and cork windows.
• Experience in Landscaping.
• Experience in Boilers and HVAC.
• Experience in basic carpentry, sheetrock, roofing, and painting.
