Schedule:

- On call rotating

Experience:
- Property maintenance: 2 years (Required)
License/Certification:
- Driver’s License (Required)
- EPA Certification (Required)
As a Maintenance Technician at Camelot East Apartments, your responsibilities will include:
- Restoring vacated apartments to “market ready” status promptly and according to the Property Manager’s timetable.
- Handling maintenance requests and work orders assigned by the Property Manager or Maintenance Supervisor.
- Assisting in maintaining the property’s physical integrity, ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment.
- Inspecting vacated apartments and performing necessary repairs and replacements.
- Checking lights, windows, appliances, plumbing fixtures, and other components.
- Assisting with painting, cleaning, and debris removal.
- Reporting supply needs and performing other tasks as requested.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
