Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment and systems to ensure smooth and efficient operations within our manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will have a strong mechanical and electrical background, with hands-on experience in preventative and reactive maintenance of industrial equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative maintenance tasks to ensure the optimal performance of machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions and determine necessary repairs or replacements.
• Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and equipment logs.
• Install and commission new equipment as required.
• Adhere to safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance equipment efficiency.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or trade school training is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance or a related field.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing CNC equipment, conveyors, pumps, and HVAC systems.
• Familiarity with electrical systems, including PLCs and control circuits, is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of welding and fabrication is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime and on-call shifts.

Work Schedule:

• Full-time with rotating shifts or a standard Monday-Friday schedule, depending on production needs.
