Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to perform preventative maintenance and repairs, primarily focusing on electromechanical work with Fanuc robotic weld cells. The goal is to ensure that all equipment operates consistently and efficiently.
Responsibilities
+ Perform preventative maintenance and maintenance repairs on electromechanical systems.
+ Work with Fanuc robotic weld cells to ensure proper functionality.
+ Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
+ Perform PLC programming and troubleshooting.
+ Conduct HMI troubleshooting.
+ Ensure all equipment is running consistently and efficiently.
+ Wiring and installation of Fanuc robots.
+ Perform robotic programming and maintenance in an automotive environment.
Essential Skills
+ 3+ years of maintenance experience in an automotive environment.
+ Proficiency in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
+ 2+ years of experience in PLC programming and troubleshooting.
+ 1+ years of experience in HMI troubleshooting.
+ 2+ years of experience working with Fanuc robotics and robotic weld cells.
+ Knowledge of robotic weld cells in an automotive environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with resistance point, projection and MIG/MAG welding.
+ Ability to perform robot programming.
+ Knowledge of free inverters and drivers.
+ Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints.
+ Experience in industrial electrical troubleshooting and maintenance repair.
+ Fabrication and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
