What You’ll Be Doing

• Varied Repairs & Maintenance: Tackle carpentry, painting, and other general maintenance tasks.
• Addressing Technical Issues: Fix plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues as they arise.
• Maintaining Cleanliness: Keep your work area organized and clean across all properties.
• Problem-Solving: Use your skills to quickly address and resolve maintenance challenges.
• Equipment Care: Ensure all tools and equipment are in good working order.

• Required: Reliable transportation.
