Role Summary
We are seeking qualified candidates for a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician position. As a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician, you will be providing maintenance services including preventative, predictive, and routine maintenance as well as repairs of electrical and manufacturing equipment. The Maintenance Technician will apply skills, experience, and general knowledge of various crafts to safely and efficiently maintain and repair the production and facility equipment.

Work Environment
This job is in a manufacturing facility. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Daily use of handheld tools, power tools, ladders and other machinery required. Will be required to work inside and outside in hot and cold temperatures.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. The work schedule will be Monday through Friday, with a split shift. Flexibility to work some overtime, nights and weekends may be required.
Travel
No travel is expected for this position.

Essential Functions
- Installation, preventative maintenance, and repair of various types of manufacturing and facility equipment
- Troubleshooting and repair of various HVAC and Process Chillers
- Electrical and mechanical maintenance
- Maintenance record management
- Be available for after-hours maintenance issues
Competencies
- Electrically and mechanically oriented
- Strong technical aptitude and knowledge of HVAC and Chillers
- Problem solving
- Proactive and self-motivated
- Quick learner, ability to follow instructions with minimal supervision
- Able to differentiate colors and see small wires/objects
- Associate’s Degree in a related field
- Knowledge of electrical wiring, HVACR and forklift operation
- Valid EPA 608 Certification
- Knowledge of server and network maintenance
- Minimum of 7 years of Experience in building/ industrial equipment maintenance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook)
- Must be willing to complete a background check and drug test
