Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular maintenance and repair of CNC machines to ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues to identify the root cause of problems and implement corrective actions
- Install new equipment and machinery, including electrical and mechanical components
- Perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and prolong the lifespan of equipment
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed on equipment
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely completion of projects
- Continuously improve maintenance processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CNC Maintenance Technician or similar role
- Strong technical knowledge of equipment troubleshooting and repair
- Experience with the installation of equipment, including electrical and mechanical components
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, schematics, and blueprints
