Key Responsibilities
- Perform regular maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and PLC-related issues
- Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime during repairs
- Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate records
- Assist in the installation of new machinery and equipment as necessary
- Train and support junior maintenance staff on best practices
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred
- Proven experience as a maintenance technician in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and PLC systems
- Familiarity with ceramics manufacturing processes is a plus
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to work flexible hours and on-call if necessary
