Responsibilities:

• Specify, install, configure, calibrate, and maintain process control system elements.
• Work independently or as part of a team to install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical equipment and systems at the facility, using technical, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills.
• Set up and program using Inductive Automation's Ignition SCADA platform.
• Develop programs for PLCs.
• Develop and modify programs for HMIs.
• Install, set up, and troubleshoot VFDs.
• Calibrate and repair instruments and associated equipment.
• Use complex electrical schematics and blueprints to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Perform research and use software such as CMMS, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Explorer.
• Set up and install network components.
• Deploy and service sensor technology to support Predictive Maintenance (PdM) and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) data acquisition.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on test apparatus and peripheral equipment.

Experience:

• High School diploma or GED along with a preferred Technical Degree in Electrical/Electronic or Instrumentation.
• 5+ years of experience in instrumentation and controls.
