Maintenance Technician at Micro Tech

Micro Tech is seeking a talented and motivated Maintenance Mechanic to join their longstanding and growing client's team! This successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of duties around the facility. This is a direct hire, full-time opportunity for a company offering growth and career advancement! This position is starting at $62400/YR depending on experience, will pay more for more skilled individuals!  Will be working full time, Monday - Friday; first shift from 6:00am-3:00pm with overtime available and occasional Saturday overtime when needed. 

Job Duties include but not limited to:

• Routine inspections and general maintenance on machines
• Troubleshooting and repairs of the equipment
• Must be able to keep accurate records of preventative maintenance schedules
• Regular safety checks throughout facility inside and outside to ensure clean and safe work environment
• Assist as needed in all areas of production and perform other duties as assigned
• Other maintenance and/or facilities projects as assigned

Requirements:

• 2-5+ years’ experience in similar position preferably in manufacturing environment 
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. repetitively
• Must be able to twist and bend repetitively
• PLC Programming preferred but not required
• Must be able to reach above shoulders, squat, kneel and climb stairs throughout the entire day to retrieve and/or carry loads
• Must be able to withstand varying degrees of humidity and heat in the summer on production floor and cold in the winter months
