As Maintenance Technician, you are responsible for the repair and upkeep our apartment community. This includes, but is not limited to, providing exemplary service to the community's residents, timely completion of service requests, performing preventative maintenance and unit inspections/rehabilitation as scheduled by the Community Director.

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years experience as a Maintenance Technician and have commitment to the core values and purpose outlined at the beginning of this ad. Current, Valid driver's license is required. HVAC experience and certification is preferred. Work experience with a property management company is preferred but not required.
