Maintenance Technician - Eastman Kodak Company

The Service Maintenance Technician - Inkjet is responsible for the maintenance of the inkjet presses and printhead/jetting modules in a customer manufacturing environment. The Service Maintenance Technician will interface with the customer and Kodak Field Service Technician. The focus of this position is on maximizing overall equipment effectiveness.

Job Duties:

Perform system maintenance.

Ensure timely completion and recording of maintenance following established Standard

Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Act as customer liaison to resolve customer issues.

Inform Kodak management of issues affecting product performance.

Build strong relationships with Kodak technicians and customers.

Assist Kodak Field Technicians.

Desired Education and Experience:

Highschool degree or general education degree (GED) is required.

Knowledge Digital Printing would be an asset.

Basic understanding of Color Theory would be an asset.

Solid understanding of electro-mechanical devices.

Work Environment:

Customer manufacturing with multiple KODAK Inkjet Presses and Printheads

Must have and maintain a valid drivers license, passport, and other designated information.
