Maintenance Technician @ Bandon Dunes Golf Resort - Dream Golf

What You'll Do:

• Perform carpentry, electrical work, drywall repair, and furniture fixes.
• Work with department managers to address maintenance needs.
• Create and follow a preventive maintenance program.
• Keep detailed records of repairs and parts inventory.
• Assess maintenance issues and determine if outside help is needed.
• Maintain a company vehicle and ensure it meets safety and appearance standards.

What You'll Bring:

• Experience with carpentry, mechanics, or electrical work.
• Attention to detail to spot and address maintenance issues.
• The ability to read blueprints and handle basic math.
• Good communication skills and a professional approach.
• Ability to pass a background check, driver's license in good standing, and a drug screen.

What We Expect:

• Ability to stand, walk, kneel, lift, and climb for up to 8 hours.
• Comfort lifting up to 50 lbs and working outdoors in various conditions.
