This position is ideal for someone with a troubleshooting mentality, automation expertise, and maintenance skills. The perfect candidate will know how automation works, be able to troubleshoot connectivity issues between robotic parts, and have experience with plastics injection molding machines (though this is not required).

Job Details
This position is ideal for someone with a troubleshooting mentality, automation expertise, and maintenance skills. Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in troubleshooting and maintenance of automated manufacturing systems (plastics injection molding machines a bonus!)
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve issues in automated systems used in manufacturing or production processes.
- Oversee and improve plastic manufacturing processes, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Specify, purchase, install, and troubleshoot production processes and equipment.
- Lead and support production employees to meet performance goals.
- Handle related engineering tasks and ensure proper sampling and qualification of new tools and processes.
