Our client is seeking an Maintenance Technician to join their Aurora, CO team!
Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our client's Property Management team. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintaining residential and commercial properties, with a strong understanding of building systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Routine Maintenance Tasks: Conduct regular inspections of the properties to identify and resolve issues (e.g., repairing broken locks, replacing light bulbs).
- Address Emergency Repairs: Respond to tenants' maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain Inventory: Keep a log of the inventory of repair supplies and equipment.
- Ensure Safety: Ensure all installations, repairs, and maintenance meet the standards of safety set by the company and regulatory bodies.
- Collaborate with the Property Management Team: Work closely with the property management team to plan and execute maintenance work and major repairs.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician.
- Experience with drywalling, electrical work (preferred)
- 1-2 years' experience in multifamily properties (preferred).
- Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.
- Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices.
- Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills.
- Good physical condition and strength.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, if necessary.

Job Type: Full Time; 8am-5pm Monday-Friday; on-call rotation
