Maintenance Technician (apartment complex) - Your Hiring Coaches

Beautiful apartment complex in Windsor CT has immediate need for maintenance technicians with apartment complex experience. This property has 430 units. The position pays $22-24 an hour, plus full benefits, including 401k match, and discounted apartments if the person wants to live on site.

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the property in a safe, attractive and comfortable condition. This individual will maintain relationships with other service staff, residents and vendors. Some key responsibilities will include providing the highest level of customer service,make regular inspections of grounds and buildings as part of a preventative maintenance plan, complete service requests and assist with the apartment make-ready process. The maintenance technician reports directly to the maintenance supervisor.

• Prepare vacant apartment homes for occupancy by making any necessary repairs
• Complete work orders in occupied homes while providing fast, friendly service
• Follow preventive maintenance guidelines
• Maintain property grounds
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance and all other service requests
• Team work to achieve property goals
• Follow safety procedures

• Hard worker

• Excellent customer service skills
• Facilities maintenance experience is a plus
