The Enterprise brand of Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join our team as a Maintenance Technician located at our Allentown Service Center (1713 Lehigh St, Allentown, PA 18103).
The Maintenance Technician performs car repair, preventive maintenance, in-fleeting service, and buy back/turn back service according to company policy and procedures. This is a position of routine difficulty requiring the exercise of reasonable judgment and initiative. Performs all responsibilities with a focus on the needs of our customers and in accordance with our Quality Standards.
This pay for this position starts at $20 / hour to start but has advancement potential to $31 per hour with the completion of ASE certifications which are reimbursed by the company.
Mainteance Technicians will also receive a $500 annual tool/boot allowance which increases to $1000 per year once you have 4 or more ASE certifications.

This is a 40 hour per week position which can be either 4 days at 10 hours or 5 days at 8 hour days.
Responsibilities
We are hiring now for immediate openings. Responsibilities include:
- Perform complete vehicle maintenance inspection including tires, brakes, and all fluid levels.
- Perform preventive maintenance (lube, oil change, filter and tire rotation) service according to the manufacturer’s specifications and guidelines.
- Provide safe and reliable vehicles upon completion of repairs and preventative maintenance.
- Repair and replace tires.
- Replacement of wearable parts (i.e. bulbs, wipers).
- Maintain vehicle repair history by documenting a Repair Order to accurately reflect steps taken and part(s) used during the repair.
- Comply with part and inventory tracking procedures.
- May process new fleet, fuel reclamation or buy-backs.
- Maintain safe and clean work area.
- Perform other related duties as required.
- Follow proper procedures to comply with health, safety, and environmental standards.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Must have one of the following:
- Two years of automotive repair training at an accredited technical / trade school OR
- A minimum of one year of repair experience in an automotive repair shop servicing current model vehicles
- Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years, and no drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record within the past 3 years (DUI/DWI)
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
- Must be able to complete a pre-employment drug test and will be subject to random drug and alcohol testing.
- Ownership of standard hand tools to perform repairs and maintenance on current vehicles
- Must be at least 18 years of age
