We are seeking a Maintenance Technician on 3rd shift for a fast-growing manufacturing facility! This highly innovative company is expected to grow production significantly in the next 3 years, and your maintenance experience will help ensure production efficiency and quality.

- Schedule: Full-time,3rd shift, Sunday-Thursday, 10:00 pm to 6:00 am
- Located in the greater Madison, WI area

Responsibilities:
- Organize repair and routine maintenance of production equipment
- Inspect equipment and operating systems, take corrective action
- Plan and execute preventative maintenance on all machines
- Inspect production processes and come up with ways to improve efficiency
- Locate sources of problems via operational observation and the use of precision measuring and testing instruments
- Remove defective parts by dismantling devices, using hoists, cranes, hand tools, and power tools, and examining the form and texture of parts
- Fabricate repair parts by using machine shop instrumentation and equipment
- Maintain accurate records of completed work
- Work in compliance with the provisions of the Occupational Health & Safety Act
- Adhere to all PPE and GMP requirements
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of maintenance and machine experience required
- Thorough understanding of maintenance systems
- Highly detail-oriented
- Ability to stand, walk, and kneel for extended periods
- Ability to lift to 75lbs and push up to 175lbs occasionally
- Low and high-voltage electrical experience desired
- Sanitary welding knowledge is a plus
