Maintenance Technician 3 at ICONMA, LLC

• Manufacture, assemble, and test New Glenn (GS1) First Stage & Second Stage structure.
• Setup new production work areas, including tooling and equipment.
• Assist with transition from development to production, including first articles.
• Load assets/equipment into Maximo.
• Load preventive maintenance tasks & spare parts for assets into Maximo.
• Create job plans & preventative maintenance routes for assets.
• Establish, track and maintain spare parts inventory in Maximo.
• Generate reports and manage Key Process Indicators using Maximo.
• Manufacturing battery cells, bridging the gap between research and development, true manufacturing plant, maintaining the equipment preventative maintenance upgrades, bring new equipment in, a lot of new equipment coming in and out.

Requirements

• 2-5 years’ experience working with Maximo.
• At least 1 year experience with manufacturing equipment/ manufacturing environment.
• Someone who understands equipment maintenance – oil change, filter changes, belt changes, general mechanical and electrical maintenance.
