We are seeking a Maintenance Technician for our senior living communities in NE Minneapolis. 

Schedule includes This is a full time M-F position that works day time hours! Includes monthly weekend on-call rotation.

About our community

Catholic Eldercare is a community of residential facilities in Northeast Minneapolis offering services in assisted living, independent living, skilled nursing, memory care, transitional care and adult day services.

The Maintenance Technician position is responsible for maintaining the appearance of Catholic Eldercare facilities. Duties include, but are not limited to, routine maintenance of buildings and apartments, general repairs, light HVAC work such as filter changes/drain cleaning, assisting with painting/grounds work as needed.

• Boilers License preferred
• 3-5 years previous maintenance experience preferred
• Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot repairs
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
