Maintenance Technician 2 - Ashland City - Newbury Residential

Newbury Residential is looking for a Maintenance Technician 2 to work at our newest acquisition in Ashland City, Tennessee.

Position Description:
· Work with vendors and contractors to complete construction projects

· Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors

· Ensure the construction occurs according to schedule and within budgetary guidelines

· Interface with project inspectors, contractors, engineers and city and county officials

· Schedule a perform routine maintenance and preventative work orders

· Communicate clearly with residents, employees, and contractors

· Maintain weekly agendas and progress updates

· Apartment renovations and turns

Position Requirements:
· Multi-family maintenance experience preferred

· Strong leadership skills and ability to perform in an environment that requires multi-tasking

· Experience with HVAC systems

· Strong negotiation skills

Necessary Special Requirements:
· Valid Driver's License

· Computer proficiency

· Provide own tools

· Must be available for emergency on-call work orders
