Maintenance Technician (2:30pm-11:00pm) - Inova Staffing

Inova Staffing is looking to fill a direct hire maintenance technician position for one of our clients in Painesville. This is a 2nd shift position with benefits.
2nd shift: 2:30pm-11pm, Mon-Fri with weekend flexibility
$24-30/hour
Responsibilities:- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including lubrication, cleaning, and inspection of equipment and machinery.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems.
- Diagnose and resolve issues with equipment and machinery.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Collaborate with other maintenance personnel and management to ensure effective maintenance and repair procedures.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety and quality, and take an active role in ensuring compliance with all safety regulations.
Experience:- Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
- Experience with forklifts, cranes and other lifts is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree preferred.
